Dr. Stefanie Tweedly, Psy.D., L.P.

Professional head of Dr. Stefanie Tweedly

Founder of Better Being Psychological Services, Inc.

Licensed Psychologist PSY27679

My goal is to help individuals move toward better being; to grow and be healthier.  To this end, I assist individuals in improving their emotional well-being through warm, genuine, non-judgmental exploration of their experiences.  In this exploration, I work with the individual in a collaborative process to guide them to heal their core wounds and struggles.  This process not only helps improve current symptoms and distress, but also provides the individual with skills that help them navigate future challenges.

In addition to using more traditional therapeutic interventions, I also incorporate a holistic approach; generally in considering all aspects of the individual, including mind, body, and spirit, and specifically in using interventions such as mindfulness, meditation, body awareness work, and yoga.
