Individual Psychotherapy
In individual psychotherapy, you and your psychologist/therapist will meet one-on-one to work on exploration and healing, to work toward better being. Exactly what that may look like will depend on your unique needs. At times this may include skill building, psychoeducation, guided meditation, body awareness work, or exploration of emotions and associated situations, hence our holistic approach. While your psychologist/therapist is there to guide you, individual psychotherapy is a collaborative effort between you and your psychologist/therapist.
